My own ongoing frustration is with the scripted customer service agent. English phrases parroted (by secondarily trained speakers) to frustrated customers is hardly a good resale method.
Placating the sale appears to be the goal rather than ensuring brand loyalty, resale or satisfaction-by-word-of-mouth referrals.
